Parkmor Heights is pleased to offer its residents a swimming pool to lounge, relax and play in during the summer.

Pool is open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day
WARNING!  THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS

Pool Hours:
6:00 AM – 10:00 PM – Everyday
​6:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Adults Only
​
*Children under the age of 14 should not use the swimming pool without an adult (18 or over) in attendance.

  • No Diving.
  • No glass containers or coolers, alcohol, smoking or chewing tobacco.
  • Proper swim attire is required, no cutoffs, or thongs.
  • No abusive or profane language, rough play, or running.  
  • No pets allowed in pool area.
  • No skateboards, rollerblades, or bikes, etc.in pool area.
  • Please keep radios at low volume.
  • Please place trash in receptacles.
  • Private use only. Proof of residence may be requested.
  • Guests must be accompanied by a Parkmor Heights resident.


​Nightly Closing Responsibilites

Volunteers sign up for 1-2 weeks during the summer to close the pool each night. 
THANK YOU Volunteers!  
Responsibilities include:
1. Check skimmers for toys. Gather any other toys around the deck and place all toys in the basket near the bathrooms.

2. Straighten chairs.  Move chairs and tables a few feet in from the perimeter of the fence, and put all lounge chair backs in the down position.

3. Check the bathrooms to be sure no toilets are running, bathroom lights are off, and doors are locked. 

4. Turn out the patio spot lights under the roof, if turned on. 

5. Insure the entry gate is locked.

NOTE:  If for any reason you are unable to perform the security role on one or more of your nights, please identify another homeowner to serve in your place.
